Wanting to provide our members with the absolute best service, we are upgrading to a new core system. This upgrade will enable us to offer many more services like, remote deposit capture, online loan application, online membership application, full-service mobile app, and much more!
In order to implement this upgrade smoothly, we will be closed on Friday May 1, 2020. We will send out more information in the upcoming days and weeks, so please keep an eye out for those communications! We’re excited to be able to bring this to you, our valued member!

With our new enhanced online and mobile banking features, members will be able to apply for loans, open sub-accounts, set up automatic transfers, pay bills, and so much more from the comfort of their home or on the go! |

Why are you upgrading your systems?
Our new systems will allow us to serve our members more efficiently while giving us the opportunity to offer new products and services we were previously unable to offer.
Will this upgrade impact jobs?
Not at all! The IRFCU family is sticking together and, as always, is here to help you!
Will I need new checks?
No, you can continue using your checks because your account number isn't changing. Please, contact the credit union when you're ready to order more.
Where can I learn how to use the new online banking features?
Click the following link to see some of the cool features available with the new It'sMe247 online banking platform!
Will my Bill-Pay be affected?
Yes! You will need to re-enroll in bill pay services! We suggest jotting down or printing off all your payees so when you are ready to re-enroll you don't miss anything.
How will this affect the branch?
You will notice some small changes at the branch! The teller line will now have signature pads where you can electronically sign your receipts that will save to your account! No more pesky paper receipts (unless you would like one).
